- Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m
Note: the IT Help Desk is closed during the 10 a.m. chapel hour.
Fall and Spring Semesters (when classes are in session):
Help Desk Evenings and Weekends (online, phone, and text support)
- Monday – Thursday: 5 – 10 p.m
- Saturday: 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
- Sunday: 4 – 10 p.m.
