One Thousand Days Transformed - The Campaign for Cedarville

Cedarville partners with Pioneer College Caterers to offer a range of flexible meal plans to fit different schedules and preferences. Plans include access to The Commons — our newly renovated dining hall — plus other dining spots across campus. Below are the plans you can choose from for fall 2025 through spring 2026.

All five meal plans include the following:

  • $125.00 dining dollars that can be used at any dining venue plus Rinnova. Dining dollars expire at the end of each semester.
  • Unlimited Exchange Meals (counted in place of a meal at The Commons) at Panda Express, Grab+Go, Chick-fil-A, Tossed, and The Cafe.

Residential Meal Plan Choices

21-Meal Plan - $2,397.00 per Semester

  • 21 meals each week in any Pioneer-operated dining venue
  • This plan gives you three meals a day that expire at the end of each day.
  • Only one scan per meal period* is allowed across all venues unless using just dining dollars.

14-Meal Plan - $2,210.00 per Semester

  • 14 meals each week in any Pioneer-operated dining venue
  • Only one scan per meal period* is allowed across all venues unless using just dining dollars.

*Scan Times: Breakfast: 7 a.m.–9:59 a.m. | Lunch: 10 a.m.–3:59 p.m. | Dinner: 4 p.m.–closing

Block 220 Meal Plan - $2,397.00 per Semester

  • 220 meals per semester (out of approximately 330 available)
  • Ability to scan up to four guests at any food venue using scans from your 220

Block 180 Meal Plan - $2,210.00 per Semester

  • 180 meals per semester (out of approximately 330 available)
  • Ability to scan up to four guests at any food venue using scans from your 180

Restricted Meal Plan – by application only

Block 120 Meal Plan - $1,583.00 per Semester

  • 120 meals per semester (out of approximately 330 available)
  • Ability to scan up to four guests in any food venue using scans from your 120

Restriction Notes: The Block 120 Meal Plan is only available by application and may be granted for the following reasons:

  • Student is living off campus, in a townhouse, or commuting
  • Student has dietary restrictions. A doctor's note must be uploaded with the application. Applying for a reduced meal plan does not guarantee that it will be granted. The Commons can accommodate many dietary restrictions as well as prepare specialized meals. To request special meals, please use the form below.
  • Student has academic requirements such as clinicals, student teaching, or required off-campus internships.

Special Notes

  • The 21-Meal Plan is the default meal plan assigned to a student’s first semester.
  • To add or change plans, go to: myCU > .
  • Meal plans cannot be changed after midnight the first Friday of classes.
  • Unused meals and dining dollars are not transferable from one semester to the next.
  • Block Plans: Each scanned entry (including guest scans) counts against your meal count, whether for a meal or a snack.
  • If you plan on using dining dollars or flex dollars for a meal, snack, or meal upgrade, please let the cashier know before you scan your ID card.
  • Meal counts are based on 16-week semesters.
  • The above meal plans only apply to the fall and spring terms.

Flex Dollars

  • Flex dollars can be purchased and loaded to a campus ID card for use at The Commons, The Commons Express, The Commons Market, Panda Express, Rinnova, Tossed, Chick-fil-A, Grab+Go, and The Cafe.
  • If you purchase $10–99 in flex dollars, you will receive a 10% bonus! (A $50 purchase equals $55 available for use.)
  • If you purchase $100+ in flex dollars, you will receive a 20% bonus! (A $100 purchase equals $120 available for use.)
  • Newly added flex dollars will be available for use in 24–48 business hours after purchasing.
  • Flex dollars roll over from fall semester to spring semester and expire at the end of spring semester.
  • Flex dollars can be purchased in the Cashiers Office, located in the SSC, during the first week of a new semester.
    They can be purchased any time at The Commons or online through myCU > , or Pioneer Caterers, Inc.

Dining Venues

  • The Commons â€” The newly renovated main dining area for students is located on the upper level of the Stevens Student Center and features multiple food options at each meal in a spacious setting with beautiful views of Cedar Lake.
  • Panda Express â€” Panda Express is located on the lower level of the Stevens Student Center near the Post Office and Campus Store.
  • Grab + Go â€” Grab + Go pre-made meals are available inside the Center for Biblical and Theological Studies (lunch) and The Commons Market (lunch and dinner).
  • Chick-fil-A â€” Chick-fil-A is located in a spacious two-story facility adjacent to Centennial Library.
  • The Cafe — Offering fresh flatbreads, power bowls, quesadillas, sandwiches, and bagels, The Cafe is found on the first floor of the Scharnberg Business and Communication Center.
  • Tossed â€” Tossed is located alongside Chick-fil-A and features custom-made salads and wraps along with pizza and soup menu options.
  • Rinnova â€” The student-run coffee shop is located just inside the lower entrance to the Stevens Student Center.
  • The Commons Express â€” Available after hours for pizza and tacos. Exchange meals are not available at this location. Order on the app or online and pay with dining dollars, flex dollars, or credit cards.
