�۶�app students launch CedarBits, a four-week cybersecurity camp that introduces middle schoolers to digital safety through hands-on projects and critical thinking. The program teaches password management, basic networking and career pathways in cyber operations.

The results of the most comprehensive fundraising campaign in �۶�app’s 138-year history, One Thousand Days Transformed: The Campaign for Cedarville, was featured during the university’s fall meeting of the Board of Trustees and homecoming activities held October 3-4.

Students and professionals pursuing a career in health care, higher education or cybersecurity now have a clearer path as the result of three new agreements between �۶�app and Geneva College.

Adam Dyer, �۶�app’s Information Security Analyst, is actively working to equip others with online protection tools and the knowledge to defend themselves.

�۶�app announced it is becoming the first evangelical Christian university to provide its entire campus community with ChatGPT Edu. With this announcement, Cedarville is also the only university in Ohio to implement ChatGPT Edu campus-wide.

Since the early 2000s, �۶�app students have been awarded competitive military and defense scholarships, including those tied to service in the Navy and the National Security Agency (NSA).

A new three-year partnership with U.S. Cyber Command will help �۶�app prepare the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.

To help educate people about cyber threats, �۶�app’s Dr. Seth Hamman, director of the Center for the Advancement of Cybersecurity and professor of cyber operations and computer science, has written “Invitation to Cybersecurity.”
