About the Graduate Certificate in Leadership
Why Study Leadership at Cedarville?
If you've been called to lead — or aspire to be a leader someday — Cedarville's graduate certificate in leadership will give you the professional preparation and leadership skills you need to benefit any organization, workplace, or ministry setting where God leads you. Offered by the Robert W. Plaster School of Business in collaboration with the School of Biblical and Theological Studies, the program will prepare you as a servant leader for God's glory.
Characterized by a biblically faithful leadership curriculum, the four-course, fully online certificate in leadership will equip you to make a difference through effective leadership in nearly any organizational or ministry setting. You'll be ready to serve with excellence in roles such as director, team leader, entrepreneur, or executive pastor.
The program is open to anyone with a bachelor's degree in any discipline. Once you've completed the certificate, you can easily continue and earn a master's degree in Biblical Leadership or an MBA. You'll already be one-third of the way finished with your master's program! Cedarville undergraduate students can take the first two courses during their senior year and complete the final two after graduation.
If you're a current graduate student, you can add this certificate to your existing program to enhance your leadership focus. It's a great way to add further value to your degree and increase your marketability.
